I'm a creator, professional overthinker, and owner of a dog you'll probably see somewhere around this profile. Her name is Bella, and she's significantly nicer than most of the men I write.
I've been writing for years — first fanfics, random stories, and ideas that refused to stay quiet. Eventually, I started building characters and entire little worlds here on J.AI. Now it's one of my favorite ways to turn the noise in my head into something other people can actually step into.

I tend to overengineer everything. Characters get histories. Stories get layers. Tiny details get way too much attention. If an idea survives long enough inside my head, eventually I'll have no choice but to build it.
I'm also a little shy about releasing things I've put a lot of myself into. So if I post something and immediately start second-guessing every decision I made five minutes earlier — that's not a bug. That's standard operating procedure.

Most of what I create is made for myself first. They're the characters I wanted to meet, the stories I wanted to read, and the ideas that kept knocking until I finally opened the door.
If one of those creations happens to resonate with someone else, that's one of the best possible outcomes. A private little world becoming someone else's favorite place to visit? I'll take that.
I post whenever an idea grabs me, so there will probably always be something new around here. I'm still figuring things out, learning as I go, and occasionally staring at my own code wondering why I did this to myself.
