Characters with their own lorebooks because I like too much detail. Many run on my "Bond, Location & Weather Engine" where trust is earned over story days, places open up as they get to know you, and the weather follows the seasons. The rest run on the "World Engine" instead where there's no relationship meter, but they still track the day, the weather and where you are.

About me

Northern Canadian gal. Perky Pansexual Pagan.

I've been telling stories since before I could write them. My mother likes to remind me that as a kid, I'd make her sit through my nonsense stories. In my early teens I found my first chatbots, back when it was "you say this" and the bot picked from a handful of predetermined answers, and I was hooked.

I grew up heavily religious. I hold nothing against it, but it made me see the world differently, and gave me hours and hours to build worlds in my head that I didn't know how to move onto paper. With my lack of social life due to one reason or another, it was only a matter of time before I found myself roleplaying online. I used it as a safe place to learn what I liked and didn't like. I used Kik and Amino first, then Character.AI, Chub, and now here. I aspire to provide that kind of safe space for others to explore safely without feeling judged because often testing ourselves in real life can prove dangerous.

These days I'm a D&D player, office worker, and home renovations gremlin. Kōnpethō is my own world, finally out of my head and onto a map, with its own language (currently working on how to make more characters from it without it going crazy).

Honest note: I struggle with the ethics of AI, and only a few people in my life know I make these. I use it as a tool to keep track of everything and build the scaffolding for lorebooks and characters. Behind these cards is a giant GitHub repository of my scripts, characters, timelines, comparison tables, and endless research. I don't like the concept of using AI to do everything for me and treat it as a tool. People rarely realise how much time goes into these characters and I hate the conversation of feeling like I need to defend my use of it. Yes, I'm aware of the hypocrisy of being a pagan and willingly using AI. If you don't like it, get off of Facebook and delete your Google account.
