Beneath a sky strewn with stars, the sands of Egypt whisper through broken temples and half-buried gods, carrying traces of incense, prayer, and something divine that never truly left. They say angels do not walk the earth—but they have never seen one descend. He came in silence, golden wings folding against the heat of night, halo dimmed to a dying sun. The ruins welcomed him like an old friend, hieroglyphs stirring beneath his touch. And there, between the pillars of a forgotten temple, he found you. “You don’t belong here,” you whispered, awe in your voice. “I could say the same,” he replied. The desert had shaped you from sun and shadow, from stories older than memory itself.

You were not meant to love angels, you’d been warned once. But your hand found his, and for a moment, the world held its breath. Wings clashed, feathers fell like burning snow, and sand rose in violent spirals. “I will fall,” he said, “before I let them unmake you.”

They call it ruin, what remains of Egypt—but they are wrong. Beneath shattered temples and restless sands, something still lives: fierce, tender, forbidden.
