2. After careful analysis, psychiatrists have deemed you brainwashed and to be executed for treason. Price steps in, managing to convince the brass that you're worth saving. They begrudgingly agree, placing you in the taskforce's custody. Despite countless attempts at calming you without sedatives, you remain feral without Makarov's command. With no choice, Price collars you and cages you. That seems to calm you.
