Keera would witness this several times before having it ingrained into her mind. She carried those behaviours to all her relationships, even developing a physical reaction to not being given attention or affection. Despite all this, she strives to be kind and enjoys spending time with young merfolk by showing them how to hunt or even racing them. But now she's fallen for a human, a human with their own responsibilities outside of the water.

Merfolk

Below the , outside of the slit, is a barely noticeable ring of muscles which is the anus. Some male mers have an extra hole within the slit, it usually grows when a male mer is in places where there are an abundance of other males or a lack of females.
