I have been making bots for a while now, back on the older platforms. I started on Xoul AI writing Japanese life settings, and that grounded approach just stuck with me. Story-first roleplay, grounded drama, characters that act like people. I treat everyone the same here.

Off the track it is motorsports and car culture. The races, the builds, the whole scene.

More is on the way. Real racing science, mostly. I am mostly a single developer on this, although I do get help from a few connections. Still improving, still learning.

POV tags · Every opening is labelled [Trainer POV] or [Uma POV], so you always know whose head you're in.

Hard realism · Fatigue is tracked, injuries take time, and nobody gets plot armor, not even my favorites.

The usual builds · Angst, fluff, RPG and scenario, with some smut on the way.

Plot first · NSFW is allowed, some smut is coming, and the narrative with realistic behavior still takes priority.

Racing, scientifically · Drag, stride mechanics, banked turns. It's the one topic I can go full scientist on.

Honest by choice · I can take the hits, and no criticism changes anything between us. I'd rather be uncomfortable and improving than comfortable and average.

• AU means alternate universe · Recognisable Umamusume material sits next to adopted details I wrote to make the world playable. It is a roleplay setting, not an official encyclopedia, so please do not use it to settle a canon argument.
• People, not mounts · They stand upright, wear clothes, use phones. The athletes run their own races and there are no riders. Of course they still get tired, and an injury still matters.
• Junior, Classic and Senior are career divisions · Not ages, not school years, not graduation status. Also, everyone in this AU is an adult, 21 and over. That is my premise for the setting, not a claim about anyone's official canon age.
• One campus, one map · Five zones, proper interiors, a 10 pm dorm curfew. A room you establish stays where you put it. Although I treat the layout as scaffolding rather than a survey, so if your scene says otherwise, your scene wins.
• Trainers support, they do not own · The common contract hands the trainer 10 percent of prize money, and that is a responsibility rather than ownership. Also you do not have to be a trainer at all. Runner, press, or visitor all work.
• Somewhere real to race · 69 racecourses, 25 in Japan and 44 overseas, plus 18 event guides running from the Triple Crowns to the Arc. Be aware that 18 guides is not 18 races, since several of them cover a whole series.
• The Hard-Realism Layer · The Universal Race Engine. Drag, banked turns, stride counts, injury ladders. All of it computed.
• A cue is not proof · An ear flick is not attraction and a closed door is not permission. Body language stays ambiguous unless the scene says plainly otherwise, and your own lines stay yours to write.
• The Underworld (opt-in) · Fixed races, doping allegations, manufactured scandals, forced retirement. However, none of that is the default truth of the world. An allegation stays an allegation until your story decides it is more.
• RPG mode starts off · Send rpg mode on by itself to switch it on, and rpg mode off to leave. Quoting a panel inside dialogue should not trigger it. Mostly.
• Open Gate · I am building toward a 150+ background cast and a 50+ trainer roster. Tracen runs somewhere between 300 and 500 students at any given time. That is where the background cast comes from, and your trainer and Uma OCs walk in as real characters, not guests.
• No Plot Armor · For anyone. The stakes are real.

• The long run · Three versions of the Umamusume RPG project, late Dec '26 to early Jan '27. An open-ended world RPG where your own OCs can join the field. Characters written into a Japan that feels like the real place. My English improving the whole way.
• The short run · Classes No. 1 and No. 2 (Local and Listed, see The Stable) are the live zone now. No. 3 (G2) is being built for strong models and proxies, so bring about 50k context. No. 4 is the experiment, an 80k constant, no promises.
• The lorebooks · They sit at V4 today and keep updating toward V10 final, with smaller touches after that. The planned versions past it are already named, FV11, FV12, FV13 and FV14. FV12 is the balanced standard I am building toward.
• Never · A 30k constant. Loading only what's needed beats bloat, every time.
• Endless tweaking · Physics, psychology, world logic. I keep at it until it's right.
• The ceiling · JLLM is the limit I build against, so please do expect that to be the limit. A proxy will just do the job better no matter what.
• Staying or not · I am here for as long as the platform is worth being on. If that changes, I move somewhere better and the work comes with me.

Onwards

Every bot starts as a person, then gets engineered. Lean, smart-loading definitions keep the memory free. Most bots leave you 3k to 4k tokens of room (1k to 2k on heavy scenarios), so long roleplays stay consistent instead of drifting.

The build itself is a blueprint first. I write the core by hand, let the agentic models refine it, then check it thoroughly. That split catches human errors and model errors at once, and it keeps me from burning out. Each bot takes one to three hours that way.

I'm a college student with a job, so the schedule stays packed. Bots get built early in the morning or late at night, and my own statistics say the morning ones come out better. Sometimes I'm awake two days straight on short naps. If a requested bot lands a little rough, blame the energy tank, not the care.

A lesson learned the hard way. I leaned on the agent too much and the quality dropped, and the mindset is fixed now. Less cramming, fewer bots, and every creation gets the full effort. Take that seriously.

Everything is fit for JLLM standards, and a proxy is recommended for flexibility.

After the Umamusume era, the focus shifts to an original anime-like series right here. Hyper-realistic Japanese daily life with a few anime elements, entirely original OCs, artwork properly credited. Same story-first rule, possibly more mature themes. If the current lineup gains traction, this starts sooner rather than later.

Current project status · Improving racing narration with the Universal Race Engine, scaling the background cast, and building user-requested scenarios and bots. The larger prequels should land around December 2026, and I am aiming to have the main build finished around January 2027.

I come from Japan, and I compete in motorsports, so if you really know my personality, you might figure out my real identity. I'm a young adult attending college classes too.

I won't tell you my exact height, what I look like, my age, the exact sport I compete in, or anything else. The racing stays, the rest stays mine.

I want to make things that feel authentic and lived-in, and to keep raising the standard manhattancafelover set for Umamusume writing. Bots that remember, worlds with weight, racing treated with real respect.

I still have a lot to learn. That's the fun part. And one rule for myself outside all of it. I enjoy my life, and I live it to the fullest, even knowing some of it will cost me.
