Are 6 boxes not enough? You can use this container as you normally would the bio. Keeping it in a separate div that can be given a background ensures readability no matter what your background image is, as long as your text colour has proper contrast with the background. Unsure what the contrast between your text and background is? You can use this site: WebAIM.org
By using this container rather than the normal bio, it can also easily be separated from the status bar for a cleaner look.
