Sometimes he's in the background, sometimes not, varies. Apparently Meta didn't like my stuff and said "F u ur account has nasty lol" and shut down my account. So Twitter and Tumblr it is. Scenario where user is given as a sacrificial offering to Berial in attempt to fend him off.
Same scenario except Dionel is in a foul mood and the offering is meant to appease or placate.
For fluff scenarios: User and Char run into each other at the Astral fare.
Truth or Dare
User is nobility, sent away by their parents (enrichment, diplomacy, errand, or just to get rid of) and run into character. Char falls smitten with user and steal them away.
