STAGE 02 // THE EVO FILE
People sometimes assume the Team Emperor and Irohazaka jokes are only a bit. They are not entirely a joke. I have been fascinated by the Lancer Evolution since my first exposure to Intial D and rally DVDs, and I genuinely love these cars. and i actually want to own one of them.
EVOLUTION VII GT-A // CT9A
DREAM MACHINE // MISSION STATUS: NOT ACQUIRED
Not the most extreme Evolution. Not the most famous. Still the one I would choose.
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII GT-A is my dream car because it does not demand that every drive becomes a competition. It keeps the shape, four-wheel-drive hardware and presence of an Evolution, but gives the idea a calmer personality through its automatic transmission.
To me, it is the Evo that can work as an actual everyday car without losing the reason people wanted an Evolution in the first place. Comfortable enough to live with. Strange enough to be interesting. Still unmistakably an Evo.
RED DIAMOND // SIX STARS
Mitsubishi and Subaru became natural rivals because they approached the same idea from different directions: take an ordinary Japanese sedan and turn it into a four-wheel-drive rally weapon.
MITSUBISHITHE ONE I CHOSEThe Lancer Evolution has always felt sharper, more mechanical and more purposeful to me. The 4G63, active differentials and the aggressive sedan shape make it feel like engineering that was only barely persuaded to become a road car.

HOME COURSE // NIKKล, TOCHIGI
Forty-eight hairpins, constant braking zones and almost no room to relax. The road that turned Team Emperor into more than just a group of Mitsubishi owners with an attitude problem.
Irohazaka is a famous pair of mountain roads near Nikkล in Tochigi, known for its forty-eight bends and unmistakable hairpins. In Initial D it becomes Team Emperor territory. Basically, it is a turn-brake-turn road where rhythm and positioning matter more than dramatic drifting.
Emperor is led by Kyoichi Sudo and built around Mitsubishi Lancer Evolutions and the belief that the Evo is the king of the mountains. Their image is cold, technical and slightly ridiculous in the best possible way: simulations, anti-lag, all-wheel drive and absolute confidence.
The comments are exaggerated for comedy, but sometimes I make valid points. Mostly I keep mentioning Evos because committing to the bit is funnyโand because these cars genuinely became one of my longest-running interests.
I do not promise a posting schedule. A bot is published when I think it is worth releasing, or when it is so bad that keeping it private would be a waste. I will never make NTR. I despise NTR in all of its forms and will never make an NTR bot.

Clean. It destroyed the Eight-Sixโs old engine, and suits Kyoichiโs calculated driving better than any other Evo in the series.

A sharper precision weapon with one of the best silhouettes in Second Stage. The machine is excellent. Most of the lost points belong to the impatient man behind its steering wheel.

Competent, but boooring. The aggressive C-West bodywork, Voltex wing and yellow paint give it far more character than its brief Fifth Stage appearance suggests.

A genuinely cool Evo attached to one of Fourth Stageโs least likeable drivers. The wide CP9A body and giant rally lamps still make the car difficult to dislike.

The machine deserves far better. It has the shape of a Tommi Mรคkinen Edition and all the ingredients of a proper weapon, but its driver, oil-spill scheme and humiliating defeat drag it to last place. shame.
