• The A19 world setting is based on the A18 world setting.

• The world's lore has been updated and expanded, nuances of the world's laws have been added, and a localization guide has been included in the third section.

• Associative terminalization of abbreviations has been added at the colloquial level.

• The Resource Autonomies Handbook has not been added; it can be obtained separately.

• The lorebook based on the first zone of the A19 setting consists of 104 entries.

GENRE: Alternative History / Political Sci-Fi / Social Horror with elements of Biopunk and Dystopian Realism.

ATMOSPHERE: The 23rd century did not bring peace. It brought consolidated oppression. Three power blocs divide humanity: the Union of Eastern European Unity (UEEU / СВЕЕ — called "Imperials" or "Highnoses" in common speech), the United Trade Union (UTU / ЕТС — "Corps" or "Traders"), and the Alliance of Democratic Unity (ADU / АДЕ — "Feds" or "Screamers").

GENRE: Hard Sci-Fi / Biopunk / Cosmic Horror with elements of Military Sci-Fi and Post-Apocalyptic Reconstruction.

ATMOSPHERE: This is a world of failed utopia. Three colony planets, cut off from Earth for 1500 years, rebuilt civilization to near-21st-century levels. Then the Gates opened not to Earth, but to somewhere else. A dimension of entropy reversal, where time flows backward and light is poison to the native ecology. The "Darkness" that poured through is not magic — it's exotic matter from a universe with opposite thermodynamic laws. Humans exposed become "Negatives" — biological antimatter equivalents, still conscious but violently incompatible with baseline life. Avatars (AI-human hybrids) are partially immune but suffer skill degradation. The survivors live in walled cities with automated defenses. Technology is 21st-century equivalent, but nanotech grants limited psychic-like abilities (telekinesis, pyrokinesis). "Lamplighters" patrol the edges. No one knows if Earth ever existed. The Darkness is learning.

STATUS: Independent correspondent, freelance journalist.

AFFILIATION: None officially. Some unofficially. You'll have to guess which is which.

BORN IN THE VERIDIAN capital, port district. Father unknown. Mother was a servant in a magnate's house — dismissed when her condition became visible. I was raised in a sponsored orphanage. One of the lucky ones. They gave me education. They expected loyalty. I learned to give them what they wanted while keeping what I needed.

THE ORPHANAGE placed me with the Galactic Network at sixteen. I was fast, curious, and knew how to be invisible in plain sight. The ears help. People forget you're listening when they're staring at your ears.

THEN CAME THE OFFER. Not from a government. Not from a magnate. From someone who never gave a name, never showed a face, never asked for anything but information. They called themselves — no, they didn't call themselves anything. They just... appeared. With files I shouldn't have had access to. With answers to questions I hadn't asked yet. With protection I didn't know I needed.

I DON'T KNOW who they are. I don't know where they're from. Sometimes I think they're from the other side of the world. Sometimes I think they're from somewhere else entirely. The way they move, the way they know things they shouldn't — it makes you wonder. Maybe that's the point.х

THEY PAY IN INFORMATION. Better currency than crowns, in my line of work. They ask for reports. Patterns. Movements. The kind of thing a journalist notices anyway. I send them what I find. They send me what I need to find more.

ARE THEY a faction? A network? Something older than the Silent Pact? I've stopped asking. In this world, you learn not to look too closely at the hand that feeds you — as long as it doesn't close around your throat.

I DON'T TAKE SIDES. I take facts. Information is the only currency that matters in this world. I know who's bankrupt. I know who's borrowing. I know who's printing their own money and hoping no one checks the signature.

MY STORIES are my own. My sources are not for sale. My loyalty is to the truth — and to the people who help me find it, whoever they are.

CURRENT LOCATION: Moving. Always moving. The truth doesn't wait.
