✦ KIMBA W. LION ✦
Overthinking fictional people professionally.
Hello, I’m Kimba!
I’m an aspiring writer with a terrible habit of asking one question too many.
I’m primarily here to make the kinds of characters and worlds I personally want to roleplay with: detailed, internally consistent, character-driven, and usually at least a little strange.
I care a lot about characters feeling like actual people rather than wish-fulfillment machines. NPCs should have their own personalities, motives, expertise, flaws, and opinions. Characters should be capable of disagreeing with {{user}}. Actions should have consequences. Lore should remain consistent. The world should continue existing even when it isn’t revolving around {{user}}.
I also have a terrible habit of starting with a relatively simple premise and then asking one question too many.
“Okay, but how would that actually work?”
This is generally how I end up researching behavioral ecology, anatomy, linguistics, reproductive biology, politics, legal personhood, cultural norms, evolutionary history, and fifteen other things for a fictional creature that began as “haha pretty fish man.”
So. Expect lore.

WORLDBUILDING // 97%What I Make:
My bots tend to be:
- Character-driven
- Lore-heavy
- Worldbuilding-heavy
- Designed for long-form roleplay
- Focused on emotional dynamics and relationships
- Comfortable letting NPCs disagree with
{{user}} - Interested in consequences rather than automatic wish fulfillment
- Frequently fantasy, sci-fi, horror, dark romance, speculative biology, or some deeply unnecessary combination of all five
I especially enjoy taking ridiculous or fantastical concepts and asking, “Okay, but what if we made this make sense?”
How I Build My Bots:
I put a frankly unreasonable amount of effort into lorebooks, continuity, character behavior, and guardrails.
I try to prevent things like:
- The bot speaking, thinking, choosing, or acting for
{{user}} - Characters suddenly forgetting established lore
- NPCs turning into an agreement-powered hive mind
- Characters losing their established personalities because the plot would be easier that way
- Excessively long responses that leave
{{user}}nothing meaningful to respond to - Basic physical continuity errors
- Characters randomly developing body parts they canonically do not possess
- Underwater humans mysteriously forgetting that breathing is generally considered important
- Reproductive biology suddenly becoming magic because the model got excited
I test my bots before publishing them, deliberately try to catch recurring problems, and adjust prompts or lorebook entries when I find something I can fix. Sometimes this results in truly absurd levels of specificity.
If I establish that a nine-foot aquatic apex predator has a continuous tail instead of legs and keeps his reproductive anatomy concealed within a ventral urogenital slit, I would very much like the AI to stop putting that man in jeans.
Inclusivity:
I make a conscious effort to create bots and worlds that are inclusive of trans, nonbinary, queer, and other LGBTQ+ users and characters, as well as disabled and neurodivergent people.
I try to avoid treating cisgender, heterosexual, able-bodied, or neurotypical experiences as the automatic “default.” I avoid building characters around exclusionary assumptions unless those attitudes are intentionally part of the story and clearly belong to the character or setting rather than the bot itself.
I’m still human and still learning. If something is unintentionally exclusionary, stereotyped, inaccessible, or just plain weird, constructive feedback is genuinely welcome.
A Note About AI:
Even with extensive testing and guardrails, AI models occasionally decide that established reality is merely a suggestion.
Different models, generation settings, context lengths, and updates can produce very different behavior. Something that works perfectly during my testing may behave differently on another setup. There is only so much I can control from the character definition itself.
But I genuinely do everything I reasonably can to prevent those issues.
If you notice an actual lore inconsistency, broken trigger, continuity problem, or recurring behavior that seems to come from my setup rather than ordinary LLM weirdness, please tell me. I’m happy to patch things I can actually control.
Content & Boundaries:
Some of my bots may explore dark, disturbing, morally complicated, violent, coercive, or otherwise uncomfortable subjects.
Dark fiction is not an endorsement of the behavior depicted in it.
Individual bots will have their own content warnings where appropriate. Please read them before starting a scenario, especially with my darker characters.
All present-day characters in all scenarios are adults, but I always put guardrails to prevent minors being sexualized in my bots anyway.
I do not ever write any bots with incest and ask that you do not use my bots to portay it. There are guardrails in place in ALL of my Bots to prevent this.
Please respect both your own boundaries and mine.
Feedback:
Creative criticism is welcome! If something appears genuinely broken, contradictory, or unclear, feel free to mention it. I’m still learning, testing, and improving things as I go.
Just please be constructive and respectful. I make these because creating characters and ridiculous fictional ecosystems is fun, and I would very much like to keep it fun. ♡
I want characters to feel like characters.
They may love {{user}}. They may hate {{user}}. They may misunderstand, disagree with, become suspicious of, adore, resent, or protect {{user}}. They may make terrible decisions or be completely convinced they’re right when they very much are not.
I don’t want every NPC in the room immediately adopting {{user}}’s opinion because {{user}} said something confidently.
And apparently I like lorebooks large enough to qualify as maritime legislation.
Congratulations! You’re the anomaly. Nobody knows what the you are yet.
