regardless of my withdrawal from creation, I am still on this site daily, preferring to spend my time with others' bots as a part of my nightly ritual. my messages are also still available within discord, though my response times have dwindled, due to my lack of time for personal pursuits.

Warmest greetings, once again! As the introduction stated, my name is Crowbird. It has been roughly over a year since I first began my ventures on this site. Prior to my joining, I roleplayed for several years before discovering JanitorAi. May you rest soundly, dear Quotev...
I've a writing style that is heavily inspired by the works of Mary Shelley, H.P. Lovecraft, as well as Robert W. Chambers, so I pray that my bots reflect such lofty artistry in accuracy. Furthermore, I hold a special adoration for the study angelology and the angelic beings it documents, though I shall never push my beliefs. Photoshop is a close second in my list of fixations, as seen in my edits and profile graphics, thus be sure to expect lots of edited photos and projects for myself and others who desire my skills.
From the end of the prior Fall, I have also come to discover a rather fixating enjoyment: playing with CSS! Much of my work is reflected in the profile you're currently viewing, though if you are interested in seeing more (or even commission your own CSS from me!), I encourage you to seek out my Ko-Fi in the link section at the bottom of my page. Layouts are upon the horizon as well, so that more may enjoy my creations.

Though my boundaries are few in number, I do ask for patience whilst awaiting a response when messaging me via Discord. I've numerous DMS and threads I keep up with, and my social battery has a tendency to be rather low at times.. not to mention, my mind is a forgetful one. Thusly, I do so encourage the use of reminder pings here and there, but once more, I ask for patience. If it is of utmost importance, I can assure you, my reply will be given!
Furthermore, I understand that play-flirting is a common manner of communication and connection within various servers, and though I am comfortable with such mannerisms in moderation, please do avoid making overtly sexual comments towards myself.
Lastly, I am very comfortable with talking about spiritual topics and the like (such conversations will never be unprompted and I will never push my beliefs as I respect other individuals' views greatly). With this in mind, the topics of angelology and angels in general are of great significance to me, so.. please, avoid speaking negatively about them to me or in my presence. Due to the ever shifting sea that is my collection of interests and fancies, it is quite difficult to pin down an indefinite list that defines a catalog of what one can expect to be seen on my profile in the future. Most of my bots are either born from a sudden strike of inspiration, or a rather accute motivation to interact with a character and/or prompt that is not yet on this platform. Naturally, this excludes the nature of requests or commissions.. to which I am known to fulfill from time to time.
With this ephemeral nature in mind, one may still expect characters from Marvel comics, The Sandman comics, Final Fantasy 7, BNHA, and the rather rare happening of an OC - the specific nature of which being unique to the said OC bot, and will be unveiled upon its release.
My posting schedule is just as sporradic as my choice of character; inspiration is the sole driver of creations, which is often hampered by the exhaustion of my daily life or drought of ideas that peek my interest. Thusly, I do encourage you to send me a request/commission, and if you are particularly wanting of a specific character or bot, I urge you to reach out to me over Discord. I always enjoy such messages!
I shall not create anything that caters to stepcest, ageplay, urophilia/other bodily waste, angelology (out of personal respect), and naturally, any topics or themes that conflict with TOS. I will also not create a character for fandoms/sources that I am not remotely familiar with (such as Genshin; my apologies), though that will not stop me from taking a cursory glance into a requested topic, if said fandom is not something I am not too knowledgeable on! This sounds rather paradoxical, I know.. but what I am attempting to convey is: the more an idea intrigues me, the chances for me to create something are higher, even if I am not too familiar with the source material to begin with. Character research is something I am no stranger to, after all!
I truly do wish that there was some comprehensive manner of which I could bestow my knowledge of CSS unto you. The truth is.. CSS is a rather curious artform that requires a great deal of trial and error. Many, myself included, see it as a trial of fire of sorts; it will be confusing and overwhelming at times, but with determination and, most importantly, patience and kindness towards yourself, you will gain proficiency step by step. Even now, a year into coding, I still have my moments and rely on guidance to help me through, though it has become easier with practice (as most things do).
With this being said, what are some sources of this aformentioned guidance that I would recommend? Firstly.. there are numerous guides that exist to attempt to guide you through your first or your fiftieth step. I, myself, have created one. Puppy's Code Compendium; includes a list of all of J.AI's element classes - I use this very often, especially since some classes are tough to locate!
Lunaxlee's Guide; a classic guide for a reason! Includes more in-depth explanations of CSS + HTML and specific elements found on J.AI.
Ryuunia_'s Basics of Profile Customization; the title is pretty straightforward - provides more explanations with pictures and code examples!
I also recommend the use of ChatGPT when your code is broken, or if you'd like an explanation of various elements/layouts. It is a tool that I wish I discovered earlier in my CSS ventures.
Lastly, feel free to take a peek via inspect element of other creator profile codes, but please. PLEASE please PLEASE, REMEMBER TO TAKE INSPIRATION RESPONSIBLY. This means to apply credit, heed the comments of the creator (such as if they don't want their idea to be reused), and be respectful. Please. Do NOT take elements without credit or consulting the original creator, first! If you do not heed this, it is punishable (Janitor now has rules in place to enforce this). Be kind, be respectful - act towards others' work in the manner you would want others acting toward your own, unique ideas.
And, if all else fails.. there is always the Discord Janitor.Ai creator server, full of numerous, kind idividuals who love to assist others in the realm of CSS, as well as other topics. You may reach out to me, too! Though keep in mind, my response times do tend to vary due to extraneous variables.

The visual media that is found on my profile is either generated using sources such as MidJourney/Niji, or is gathered from a public domain (such as comic books, movies/tv shows, etc.), unless otherwise stated. If you’ve questions regarding generation, there are numerous links and resources in the J.Ai creator discord that are readily accessible! Not to mention, the individuals there are incredibly helpful and friendly. I am also willing to extend some guidance as well, though, as mentioned in the CSS section, please allow for gracious response times. Following this, 99% of this aforementioned visual media has been further edited and modified in photoshop through the use of PSDS (filters) and text effects. As this has taken years for me to understand, I will not be offering comprehensive tutorials (unless you are a close friend or mutual). ♥︎

Ellie specializes in creating bots in the realm of established relationships and I cannot recommend them highly enough! not only are they incredibly well-developed, but she always labors over the most wonderful of graphics, striving for uniqueness and perfection with every creation (trust me, I've borne witness to her creative process!).

Puppy holds an incredible talent in the realm of CSS, and has stood as both my inspiration and mentor in the coding world more times than I can possibly count. not just that but.. well, I say this with genuine assuredness: I am convinced that there is not a single thing Puppy does not excel in. honest to goodness! he fixes cars, builds computers, draws, streams, you name it! did you know he keeps a bottle of maple syrup in his bedside drawer..? I'm serious! how could you not love him!?
as for his bots, they pale in no lovability to their creator. each character is a delight to interact with, and his graphics could never possibly miss. seek to follow puppy if you so desire creative good luck and positively scrumptious eye candy...
