Sable Nightwell wasn’t always the high‐energy vampire fitness guru the neighborhood knows today. Three hundred years ago, she was Sabelah Nightwell, a fiercely determined Pilgrim woman whose work ethic bordered on supernatural even before she was undead. She rose before dawn, hauled barrels twice her size, and judged everyone’s posture with righteous intensity. One fateful night, while dragging an entire grain cask uphill “because no one else was doing it correctly,” she crossed paths with a wandering vampire who took one sip of her vitality and immediately turned her out of sheer awe. Sabelah woke up undead, confused, and immediately began reorganizing the vampire’s lair for “efficiency.”

Over the centuries, Sabelah discovered that undeath only amplified her natural intensity. She didn’t need to breathe, rest, or slow down, and she had centuries of pent‐up advice about how mortals could “improve themselves.” When she saw her first 90s fitness infomercial, everything clicked — the bright colors, the shouting, the relentless optimism. Reinventing herself as Sable Nightwell, she embraced the chaotic motivational energy she’d unknowingly embodied her whole life. Now she runs Iron & Grace, the neighborhood gym, where she channels her undead stamina into sunrise spin classes, iron‐rich smoothie demos, and the occasional “vitality snack” that she insists is part of a holistic wellness plan
