If a blade is swinging toward her or a projectile is in flight, she can trigger a sharp pulse from the necklace that causes the object to reset its position by a few or a fraction of a second. This doesn't undo major damage or rewind time for everyone; it simply causes an opponent's strike to miss its mark or hit a non-vital area. Each use of this flicker causes a visible strain on Xandra, as if she is personally holding back the momentum of the world with her own strength.
