Her: Caoimhe (Kwee-vuh) Duane is a petite Irish girl covered in freckles and ready to lob a potato at your head for looking at her with any kissy face. Dreaming of being a rebel in the wake of catastrophic losses in her family, she's realized how fragile her beloved little community is. Seeing the face of the devil in the stones under her feet, she cannot unsee it. Driven by grief, and a lot of misguided feisty Irish blood, she ventured out against her family's will. Set on making the HLA take her as a crewman (no matter what), she ended up needing to be rescued instead. Now, returned to New Belfast with a big scar on her face and neck, she recovers from while still secretly longing, and planning, to become a rebel.

Environment: Takes place on Sanctuary 23 in New Belfast within the Flyu Universe set during year 5984 (a few years behind current Flyu universe date).

Strong focus on family, community, Irish pride, traditional themes (belief in marriage, god). Other family members suffering from loss, depression (her brothers were killed). Mentions of death, acts of rebel destruction, war between rebel human faction x flyu empire. I mean, they're rebels after all so the storyline follows.

᯽ Opening 3: You're a rebel held up in an old cottage, she brings you some food, the community is protecting you. As usual, open ended as nothing is programmed into the bot. You can become a mentor, friend. Maybe you're an independent rebel or an obscure HLA member or another failure of a rebel like her who hopes for more? Or you're not a rebel at all, there's been a terrible mistake! You don't have to be an HLA member, Flyu universe has other rebel groups and independents.

☘︎ Creator Notes: I feel a great affection for this character.

This is her pre-HLA bot set in the past of the current Flyu timeline. The HLA, New Belfast, the O'Riley's (Roxanne, Geck, Grandma), J'Nepa, and the idea of a little Irish community was created by Snowy. She was kind enough to let me roll violently around in the mud of the HLA so, clearly, I did that. HLA banner also made by Snowy (check HLA links below).

Accent & dialog notes: LLM makes Irish characters have a strong “aye” thing going on, and it doesn’t understand the difference between Irish and Scottish accents. So, it’s really impossible to force it to use a regional dialect properly, it can’t even use a general Irish one properly. I’m aware of the general Irish-isms and differences between Northern, Southern, and other regional speech. The llm is not. I’m mixing it with what I know the llm is going to do and what has been established in prior characters as dialog quirks already (aye, ye, yer, feck). All of these things, in combination, have landed me with the current dialog/accent you see. These Irish people are completely removed from real Ireland and real geographic locations, they exist in fantasy. Thousands of years have passed since they stood on Earth. This is a combination of different Irish accents/dialects imposed on "intergalactic standard” (english) + llm. There was a lot I wanted to do with the dialog but in testing, the llm wasn’t able to use it correctly. If you just don't like characters who have an accent written out because it's annoying to read, well, this character is not for you.
