As for how I got into bot-making... I fear my origin story is significantly less interesting than you might expect.

I quite literally just discovered JanitorAI one day. That's it. LMAO.

I've actually had multiple accounts over the years! I THINK my oldest one dates back to 2023, though I don't use it anymore. My account for chatting with bots (which I admittedly don't do very often) is from 2024, while this account, the one I use for bot-making, was created in 2025!

And the funniest part? I created this account on a complete whim. Even making my very first bot, a vampire Mizuki bot, public was a split-second decision. There was no grand plan to become a creator or build an audience. I just kind of... did it. AND NOW THERE'S OVER A THOUSAND OF YOU HERE??? 😭

As for resources and advice, here are a few things I'd recommend!!

— Character wikis and original source material are your friends. Especially when writing existing characters! I like having information about their personalities, backstories, relationships, and mannerisms available so I can portray them more accurately.

— Experiment with your writing! You don't need to have a perfect format figured out immediately. Try different ways of structuring your definitions, scenarios, and initial messages until you find something you're comfortable with.

— Test your bots. Sometimes something that looks perfectly fine in the editor doesn't translate particularly well into an actual conversation.

— Please be mindful of your personality tab's token count!! This is something I REALLY want to emphasise. Stuffing the personality section with an excessive amount of information can contribute to what people commonly call bot dementia. The bot might start forgetting details, overlooking instructions, or behaving inconsistently, especially as conversations grow longer. The model has a limited context window, and your bot definition shares that space with the ongoing conversation! More tokens do NOT automatically mean a better bot. Try to keep your definitions detailed but purposeful, and avoid unnecessary repetition.

— Don't feel pressured to follow trends. Make characters and scenarios YOU enjoy. It's much easier to stay motivated when you're genuinely interested in what you're creating!

Six days. It's been SIX DAYS since I thanked you all for 900 followers, and somehow, here we are. Not even at exactly 1000 anymore, but already past it.
And you know what makes this even more special? We reached 1000 exactly ONE DAY before my one-year anniversary on this account. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better timing. A few tips that might hopefully save your sanity!!
— Pay attention to Blooming! This is probably the most important thing. Don't let it stack up uncontrollably, and try to win your clashes consistently.
— Bring IDs with good clashing capabilities! You don't necessarily need the fanciest team imaginable, just something that can reliably win clashes.
— Don't blindly press Win Rate. I know, devastating news for us Limbus players, but sometimes we actually have to read.
— During the phase with the flowers, make sure you deal with them instead of completely ignoring them.
— The duel phase is important! Pay attention to which Sinner gets selected and make sure they win their clashes against Dongbaek. Successfully handling this mechanic gives you a massive opening to deal damage.
— Don't be afraid to borrow a friend's support ID if your current team is struggling!!
Also, genuinely, don't feel discouraged if it takes you several attempts. Dongbaek is one of those bosses that forces you to actually understand the game's mechanics rather than just throwing your strongest attacks at everything.
You'll get through it, I believe in you!!
And if none of this works, I fear you may have to resort to the ancient Project Moon technique of reading what the enemy skills do!!

If you wish you were a boy, that's something you're allowed to explore! You don't have to immediately decide whether you're trans, nonbinary, genderfluid, or anything else. Labels are there to help you describe yourself, not to become another set of rules you have to follow.
You can simply start by asking yourself what would make you happier. Would you like being referred to as a boy? Would a different name feel more comfortable? Would you enjoy people using he/him pronouns for you?
You're allowed to experiment. You're also allowed to change your mind.
2. Start with the little things!!
Social transitioning doesn't have to involve announcing your identity to the entire world overnight.
