Somewhere along the way, I got dragged into making bots and realized I might enjoy making bots more than actually talking to them. At this point, I'm mostly here for the creative outlet: writing characters, building worlds, making pretty things, and collaborating with other creators when somebody has an idea dangerous enough to enable.
I write a little bit of everything, but I tend to orbit romance, fantasy, supernatural creatures, monsters, shifters, vampires, Omegaverse, military/action settings, and the occasional fandom-inspired disaster. Some bots are serious, some are ridiculous, and some manage to be both.
I'm especially fond of taking familiar tropes and asking okay, but what if we actually thought about this for five minutes? ... Which turns into 5 days, 4 infographics, 3 new story-specific concepts, 2 lorebooks, and a brand new persona... I like characters who feel like people rather than collections of tropes, worlds with enough structure to hold up once you start poking at them, and lore that exists to make the story more fun rather than requiring an entrance exam.
Inspiration comes from all over the place: games, books, movies, mythology, folklore, history, music, art, dumb jokes, conversations that get wildly out of hand, and the occasional idea that absolutely should have remained a side quest. There are references and Easter eggs tucked into everything from names to lore, some obvious, some stupidly obscure, and some included exclusively because they made me laugh.
I make what currently has my brain in a chokehold, so there isn't one neat genre here. You may find an elaborate supernatural military AU next to a fantasy romance, a historical character, a monster, or something created primarily because the premise made me laugh.
I'm still experimenting, still learning, and always tinkering, but mostly I'm having fun with it. If you're having fun with these weird little worlds too, then we're doing pretty well.
