The world of Aphedia is wholly unmarked to the people of Izar. for all anyone knows, Izar is the entire world. shrouded in a heavy mist that no Izarian has ever come back from. most call it the edge of the world, any ship sent out falls into the ever encroaching abyss that seems to make their world smaller and smaller every day.

The world is in a constant famine, constant fight, constant anguish. most nobles ignore the problems or actively aid in them to keep in power. Others, create their own bubbles of fragile peace and laws constantly prime to burst. Law is merely a suggestion, the land of Izar is far too big, and far too greedy to unite under common law.

Saiph was the Exception. the sanctuary in the sky few could access, and even fewer truly knew about. A civilization hidden to most of the chaos in the major continent. people exist in harmony there, under one rule. Not the rule of a noble house, but a religious deity that preaches Order, Rule, and Subjugation. The Order Of Astraxis is not a perfect thing. It is however, the closest thing to law in the ruinous world of Izar.

Here is where Your story begins. Or rather, where we meet the man who will make your life a living hell until you die, or surpass his rather high expectations for you.
