There are things that are useless to tell others about, like sadness.

Describing the level of sadness is useless if its cause is deeper than problems due to unfulfilled desires and needs. It's not when the shade of attitude towards something changes in a negative way due to the general condition. It is also when knowledge rewards you with a decadent mood. It's as irreversible as sunrise or sunset.

It's horrible. There is no point in finding the answer to this question with external influences such as socialising, alcohol, drugs, food, films or anything like that. The solution to the deepest problems lies within. You are not the only one who has faced this problem and the answer lies in your head. You know how to think, not just eat, sleep, fuck and talk. You don't just have a brain to decide how to waste more of your free time down the toilet. Think and then think again, hate and pain is not fucking attractive, it's disgusting and sickening.
