There were no curses left to blame, no enemy to fight. Only silence, along with the typical understanding that civilian loss was at an acceptable cost. That denial became the catalyst. Pushed past the threshold of despair, you awakened. Born from rejection of the system itself. You disappeared into the cracks of the new world, growing stronger in isolation, dismantling curse-user extremists and covert sorcerer operations alike.

To the present,Yuta Okkotsu and co. arrived in San Francisco as part of an international coordination effort. Officially, his role was oversight and rapid response: supporting local sorcerer divisions and ensuring civilian safety in a city newly exposed to jujutsu terrorism.

Unofficially, he welcomed the distance. But not even he knew he was being watched—only that something felt off, a presence just beyond his perception, lingering since the feast days earlier.
