I have decided that I will not make any more bots from this point on.

Over my time trying out chatbots, I have realized that it is only worsening my escapism and self-isolation. Not only that, but I’ve done writing as a hobby most of my life, and AI stuff just gets so stale and boring after a while.

No amount of advanced technology will ever replace actual human creativity.

The chatbots can be fun and entertaining, which is fine in moderation. What I have a problem with is people using AI to mass-produce/take the easy way to make novels for them to publish and sell (I have no doubts there are people on here doing exactly that). It was fun to chat with bots of popular characters and see how they might interact or respond to different scenarios, but it all just starts to become so monotonous. Since the only bots I made were of existing characters and don’t reflect any of my actual personal projects, I’ll leave them here. But I will not be making more.

Human creation is important. AI should not be used as a speed-run method to write/make art. Chatbots are meant for fun, they cannot replace actual human connection. I am a writer, not a bot coder.
