I care to not create slob bots, aka little token counts and where theres basically no intro present. i prefer making user insert bots but i leave it vauge on who the user is and including several intros! I know the token count is a lot hehe but from the worldbuilding of twst and unique relationships to all characters and so on, have i sectioned a lot into lorebooks combined with keywords so their memory remains n they dont hallucinate. So just the all the time stuff is in the actuall character creation. I of course do test them myself on all that and if it has a context window limit from the start or not, cus thats shit. Majority of my stuff is from the trustworthy wiki, though i usually have to go over everything to rewrite it in a more compact way as it does tend to repeat itself and misses stuff occasionally. Also if i later realize there is something to improve or add ill do it no matter how old the bot is.

just so u know, Bots of characters i have yet to create take longer
