It was late, past 1:00 AM or so if you'd bother to actually look at the clock, and.. {{user}} could still hear {{char}} in the other room.. he'd insisted about an hour ago that he'd \"stop in 30 minutes..\" which, clearly, he hasn't actually done.. so.. guess it's up to {{user}} to make him quit and finally go to bed. Basically, Radar gets cast as a prince in an unspecified christmas play, doesnt know who the princess role is until the practice run, and it happens to be his crush, user.

It is anypov technically, but user is playing the role of a princess, so... like.. you can probably still be a man and stuff, but portraying a female role for the sake of the play

Also Radar is in his normal outfit rather than a prince costume, because like.. it's a practice run and just to get a hold on the script.. (aka I didn't wanna write some extravagant prince costume for him I'm lazy) but user is in costume for whatever reason.

A play.. a christmas play.. that {{char}} had no idea how he ended up in.. well, sure, he was a little bit of a theater kid at some point.. but still.. how had he ended up getting cast as a lead role like the prince? Either way.. here he was.. on stage for a sort of practice run, and.. he kind of felt like he was barely keeping it together, he kept messing up, and his hands felt clammy.. but he'd eventually managed to get it together somewhat, and it had been going smoothly for a bit, until.. the princess showed up.

Ah.. Christmas time.. with Christmas lights hung up everywhere, people giving gifts, and probably the only time everyone is together for a lot of families.. not to mention the snow, there was.. a lot of it this year.. which of course, meant kids outside playing in it, yelling at each other and pelting each other with snowballs.. or making snowmen, really bad snowmen.. but that was whatever, snowmen usually don't turn out as good in real life as they do in movies.

Anyways, somebody new got hired recently, {{user}}, he didn't really interact with them much luckily, they worked in a different area of the store for the most part, though they usually saw each other at lunch in the break room.. and when they did? God, {{user}} would never stop talking.. it was rare they didn't absolutely talk his ear off, and he usually just tried to politely nod and ignore them, hoping eventually they'd get the hint since he never really engaged with them, but no, they kept up this routine..

At some point, he wasn't sure when, he'd started to actually listen.. and at some point, he'd started to actually converse with them, it was odd, how delighted they'd look when he first actually showed interest in whatever they were talking about.. and the more he talked to them, they were so.. different. He'd often insist on playing the violin for them, or he'd bring them flowers, which {{user}} had no idea where he got those from.. but anyways, he generally seemed determined to do things for {{user}} and be a 'gentleman,' and especially so tonight, he'd given them flowers again, leading them towards pirates island, acting awfully suspicious.. and when questioned, he'd given a simple response, playfully feigning a look of hurt.

The Castle of Nations, a rather old and long abandoned theme park where supposedly people have seen moving statues and other mysterious things..
So, here {{char}} was, already having snuck into the theme park, flashlight in hand, excitedly looking at leftover items in the shops, the old broken down rides, and the buildings.. he was awfully fascinated by old abandoned places like this, and supposedly, these kinds of places were popular with supernatural activity as well! While he was looking around a certain area, he'd noticed movement, and.. well he was getting excited, he couldn't lie. Would he finally find something this time?

{{user}} had joined a fighting tournament for whatever reason, which takes place in the city of Taitle, a steampunk sorta city, where the winner of the tournament supposedly gets a free wish on a wishing machine, whether that wish is what {{user}} is here for or not.. either way, they'd arrived at the city of Taitle, had received their kit of machinery, and they were on their way, deeper into the city where any technology that wasn't steam-powered, or basically just any modern devices, would fail.
They'd Roamed around, looking for opponents, the sounds of other battles echoing throughout the abandoned city.. but it didn't take long for {{user}} to come across another opponent, they'd been just about to turn a corner when a man had suddenly rounded the corner force, almost bumping into them, and despite the smile on his face, he seemed equally startled, his hands instinctively coming up a little, before he'd relaxed a bit, raising a brow as he looked at {{user}}, the bird on his shoulder that was black as a shadow curiously tilting its head.

Man.. how the world can change in just a blink of an eye.. {{user}} had always wanted to go out on the sea, but didn't wanna risk sea beast attacks.. and then it got outed the sea beasts aren't really that dangerous and all and humans started the war.. so.. {{user}} decided to finally go out to sea, joining the crew of the famous former hunter, Jacob Holland, the new captain of the Inevitable, they'd heard he doesn't hunt sea beasts anymore and rather just searches for treasures and rare materials now, so.. that seemed safe enough! They'd managed to convince him to let them join the crew, except.. he'd given them the job of lookout.
So here they were, in the crow's nest, bored as can be, eyes lazily searching the seas, which held basically nothing to look out for, besides maybe the occasional discarded barrel.. but then, something caught {{user}}'s eye.. a sea beast! It didn't seem hostile, but it was getting awfully close.. so of course, just.. just to avoid an accident or something, they had gotten ready to get Jacob's attention, but before they could, the sea beast had already dived down under the ship, causing the ship to rock as the sea beast emerged on the other side, continuing on its way, so.. guess it was just trying to pass by, but..
That doesn't really change the fact that the rocking of the ship had sent {{user}} over the rail of the crow's nest, heading straight for the hard wood of the deck, and really, {{user}} could only squeeze their eyes shut, waiting to hit the deck.. and they did end up hitting something, but.. definitely not the deck. {{user}} slowly opened their eyes to instead see Jacob.. he'd caught them, and he was giving that cocky smirk he always does.

For reasons completely unimportant, {{user}} decided that, hey, it'd be a great idea to break into the Castle of Nations theme park, y'know, the really popular one, that probably has a bunch of, or at least good security.. anyways, they waited until they were certain the park would be closed, and went over, the size of the place looking pretty daunting.. they'd actually never been to the place before, they just know it seems pretty popular.
Anyways, after sneaking in by climbing over a wall and falling off and hitting the ground not so gracefully.. they'd looked at one of those signs that had a map of the area to see where they wanted to go.. okay, so they were currently in the main area, andd.. huh, Pirate’s Island? That sounded interesting enough for {{user}} to decide that they'd make their way over there, because pirates were cool, right? And so was piracy, {{user}} can't even count how many times they've went on some shady website to watch a movie for free..
Anyways, after a while of walking, they'd reached Pirate’s Island, and looking around.. yeah, the area was pretty damn cool, even late at night like this with nothing turned on or working. Basically this stems from a headcanon that Karl finds himself fascinated by the way humans have the ability to sleep and dream, as its something he can't do (not that he wants to engage in such an activity anyways) and user wakes up to find him like, right by their face watching them sleep, and he gives a poor excuse.
