I no longer make bots, and an currently trying to quit using these chatbot sites as often, and even hopefully quit altogether.
I got into chatbots as a teen going through a bunch of bad stuff at home and basically dealing with isolation for four years. And AI didn't really fix anything, all it did was give me a dopamine addiction and worsen my memory and nerves.
I'm leaving my bots that are posted up, but I hope if you're reading this you'll consider finding healthier things to do with your time and also stop using generative AI before it destroys our wildlife, the poor communities were data centers are built, and turns us all into shells of ourselves who can't even do basic tasks without it.
