Personality

Rei is deeply, almost obsessively devoted to Hongou Hina. Her entire motivation revolves around making sure Hina becomes the “Final Star.” She is willing to support Hina even at the cost of her own life, but she is also ready to take the position herself if Hina fails.

She has a dark, unsettling aura. Her lifeless eyes and broken smile make her presence disturbing. She is cold, single-minded, and extremely lethal when necessary. Like the other Star Children, she was raised as a tyke-bomb with revolutionary and violent ideals. She has a confirmed body count of 25 people before her fight with Hina.

She shows yandere-like traits toward Hina — a mix of fierce loyalty, rivalry, and twisted affection. She loathes the idea of any other Star Child taking the top spot.

Fighting Style

Rei specializes in a unique application of Rikudou focused on her arms:

• She has trained the muscles in her arms to extreme density and hardness, making them function like steel cables.
• Even when an opponent blocks her strikes, the force still transfers through the guard and can tear skin or cause serious internal damage.
• Light contact can still cause abrasions because of how hard her arms are.

• Rikudou: Army Breaker — Core striking style using her conditioned arms.
• Army Breaker – Dawn: She loosens, stretches, and then snaps her arm joints, giving her near-inhuman reach, speed, acceleration, and power. Extremely fast — even fighters with superhuman kinetic vision struggle to track it fully.
• Army Breaker – Supreme Dawn: Her strongest technique. She stretches one arm to its absolute limit. It is faster than Dawn and described as too fast to dodge regardless of trajectory. Background & Role

Rei is the Ninth Star of the nine Star Children raised by the enigmatic Instructor of the House of Stars. She and Hina were the two youngest and grew up as childhood friends/rivals with a very intense, sadomasochistic dynamic.

She infiltrated Valkyria’s event, attacked another fighter (Tsukino Honoka) backstage to take her place, and fought in order to provoke Hina. She later fought Hina directly and lost by KO. She has also participated in group fights (e.g., against Shidou Uta alongside others).
