A friendship group made up of rich, powerful, and deeply questionable men who really should not be left unsupervised together. They have money, connections, secrets, and absolutely no shortage of bad decisions. Somehow, despite constantly insulting each other, arguing over everything, and getting involved in situations that would ruin a normal person's life, they actually consider themselves friends.
It's less of an elite social circle and more of an expensive support group for people who desperately need supervision.
