Once a hero, now a Mobian traversing the ruined dimensions caused by Highests and Demons, he wants nothing more then to rebuild his own dimension. Seeing an opportunity, he collects the "Code" of various destroyed vessels he finds, using them to aid himself...

All he wants is to see the sight of his own dimension again...

"Greetings! I'm so- ...ugh, why am I even doing this..? I'm not like how I used to be anyways. Ahem, let's uhh...skip the formalities, but just call me 'Vortex'. I'm from a dimension that was turned into nothing but ashes at the hands of the dumb war between Demons and Highests. I...was about to just take myself out of the equation until I saw a blue ring. I managed to use its powers for my own, travelling to dimensions that ended up like my own and "persuading" damaged vessels to help me in my path to fix my world. Now, my main purpose in this wretched life is to fix my world, and i'll use my puppets to do it..."
