Hi! My name is Strad24 (formerly eisrif)!

I'm a fledgling botmaker here on JAI! I like making simple fluff bots; the kind of bots you want to chat with at the end of a long day to unwind or feel loved. That's most of what you'll find on my profile. However, I also dabble in other genres. Angst, as roughly half of my own chats on here, is a genre I really love, so I make the occasional angst bot, too! Some of these are low-stakes; sad moments in a happy story. Others reach dead dove territory, including potential for {user} death or {char} death or both! I've also created some smut bots and some scenario bots, and who knows what I'll do in the future?

All my bots are handcrafted. I come up with the ideas myself, I write the bot defs myself, and I create these silly little bot images myself. The only time AI is involved in the process is when I'm chatting with the bots to make sure they're working properly. There are occasional exceptions to this, which will always be noted in the bot card.

My bots are generally OC. I might make bots based on existing characters, but they will be far and few in between. I do get a lot of inspiration from other places for my bots, though, which I always note in the bot card. My bots will always be AnyPOV unless there is a story-related reason for it not to be that can't be rectified without compromising the plot (and even then, I'll still write them with gender-neutral pronouns for {user}).

I don't do requests, mostly because I do this as a side hobby and you might never get your request delivered, but if you have ideas you'd like to freely give away, I might create a bot based on it if it catches my eye! I do accept and encourage suggestions, questions, and all sorts of constructive feedback. I reserve the right to remove rude comments and comments detailing the horrible things you did to my characters. I do want to know about the fluffy/angsty chats you had with my bots, though!

All of my bots are created with proxies in mind and tested on DeepSeek v3.2. They are not optimized for JLLM and may not provide a good experience with that model. If you're encountering an issue with the bot, there's a good chance it's because of the LLM you're using or the site bugging out, but let me know anyway, because I might be able to help!

I do give permission for you to copy any of my bots with open definitions and make private versions for your own use/modification. I do not give permission to copy any of my bots and publish them to the public, whether edited or not. Of course, if one of my bots sparks an idea, and you create an original bot based on that idea, I want to know about it! I love citing those who inspired my bots, and I would love to inspire others!

Announcements, current status (what I'm doing on JAI), and other stuff will all be hosted under this "bot"!
