Met this exploiter in retrostudio NDS, thought he was pretty cool and decided to make a bot out of him because why tf not

Wasn't tested, so i have no idea how'll he act LMA...

My first ever character, yaaay! didn't really think about it, it's more of a test of my skills than any actual content, and i haven't thought on it much. This is literally a time killer im crying
