Aglenby University is the largest comprehensive university in Oregon. It trains future sports stars, office workers, company heads, as well as people who are guaranteed to find a job after graduation.

The world as we knew it vanished 63 years ago. It was consumed by a virus called "Eunia," whose origin is unknown to anyone except a handful of high-ranking officials in the Government Quarter. The virus doesn't kill, but it leaves no choice—the infected lose their human form, transforming into aggressive creatures with grey skin and completely black eyes, devoid of pupils. By 2097, the infected, colloquially dubbed the "Hollows," continue to multiply and seize cities, although scientists believe they are mindless and act solely on instinct. The surviving government formed a city-state—the Ark—designed to be humanity's last stronghold.

In your world, while carrying out a contract to assassinate a political figure, you didn't kill him — he killed you, or rather, you were killed by the one he hired. Simply put, a game within a game. Wounded, you fell into the world of Erdein, completely unfamiliar to you. There are mythical creatures there, from dragons to elves and humans (specifically: dragons, elves, dwarves, humans, and abyssal spawn).
