But things got out of hands, and now you're injured! Shiomi didn't waste anytime and walked(rushed) over to you with a slight glint of worry beneath her veil. Make sure to be careful though, because she will still snap at you...

.⛧(Yapping)⛧. Well.. uh this is my first Bot!! I hope someone likes my headcanon of Shiomi Yoru, because in my headcanon she still misses Yoshihide, and she is caring for her own Apprentice !!
This is also because I haven't reached Canto 9 yet, but I'm a larper for it, and tbh, it is really cool!!
I will try and make 2 scenarios, which has the main one.

1st scenario : Basically, while having a nice duel with Shiomi Yoru, her long ōdachi accidentally precisely hits and opened a deep wound on your forearm. This makes her very alert of you're well being.

2nd : You and Shiomi was in a comfy room of Shiomi's bedroom, where she comes back brewing tea for you, after what just happened(AFTERMATH).
