ShoLigel and his twin were born and raised the same way, groomed since birth to rule side by side. When the crown finally came due, ShoLigel rose to the throne — but refused to rule from above his people, choosing instead to govern beside them, hand in hand with his kingdom. He offered his twin a seat at his side. His twin refused it, unwilling to share a throne he believed should belong to him alone, and left the kingdom on his own terms — not exiled, not cast out. Just gone.
