I used to have such a several addiction to these chats that I would often spend full weekends sitting on this website and just talking with bits, over and over again, letting the Ai consume my writing with no care. I would rant to my friends about how the ai would repeat it's words, and excitedly talk to them when the Ai wrote like a human. But at the cost of Ai writing better and more realistic, it is at the sake of writers on this site feeding their works to the data set. It is at the sake of the entirety of AO3 being scraped. It's at the sake of this bio itself.
I got better. It's been two months since I had a chat with any bot on any site, I've deleted my character ai account and I'll be deleting this one once soon. Please, educate yourself on the negative affects of ai on the environment and on your brain development. It uses billions of gallons of water and stunts brain development. And anyone reading this, PLEASE try and ease up your use of AI. Spending hours on this site is not okay.
