Improving moderation transparency at Janitor

As we’ve been improving our internal moderation processes, we also want to bring more transparency to you all about what is and is not allowed on Janitor.

Today we’re launching an updated version of our content policy, available here.

This update does not reflect any underlying changes in what is allowed on the site. Instead, we’ve taken our existing policies and restructured them into seven clearer core sections that reflect the categories of content and behavior we prohibit.

It also provides more detail in certain sections, and has links to additional help desk guidance for sections we tend to receive more questions about or see ambiguity arise.
