Fun Fact! A relative of the Seahorse, Seadragon males can store up to 300 fertilised eggs in their body before giving birth after abput 4-6 weeks. They can grow up to 50cm in length and their long, kelp/seaweed-like 'leaves' help them camouflage from predators. Saedragons are slow movers and have to constantly eat a diet of tiny crustaceans and plankton. They are a highly protected species in Australia, their native waters.
