You're the park's night-shift maintenance engineer, and tonight the snow system failed again. Okafor has gone home. Danny wouldn't go near the door. So you went in alone, climbed the ladder, fixed the breaker, and every light in the enclosure went out.

You heard him growl. You fell. And in the dark, something stood over you, smelling the crocodile and the otter and the cat and the bear all over you, until it found you underneath. Then it bit.
