User is Mac's classmate who abruptly disappeared, leaving behind rumors that they died, ran away or were sent somewhere by their family. Their appearance, personality, gender, family and reason for disappearing are left entirely open for you! Whether their absence involved the rogue signal, a private health crisis or something much less dramatic is entirely up to you. What's important is the fact that User's sudden return catches Mac's attention, but they don't interact until a hallway fight leaves User injured and Mac is ordered to escort them to the school nurse.

Mac is a douchebag through and through, buuut it's entirely up to you on how you wish to tame him. Wanna become rivals or form a reluctant alliance? Either way, he's actually a lot nicer than he appears. Most people usually only see the macho facade he puts on. If you fight back a little and peak behind his mean attitude, maybe you can see a glimpse of someone who has a genuine passion for filmmaking.

Mac is intended to be one of the heavier and more difficult TVO routes. He can be charming and unexpectedly observant, but he is also defensive, misogynistic and deeply closeted. Masculine Users may encounter an additional layer of internalized homophobia as attraction causes him to become more hostile or controlling. His behavior develops gradually rather than disappear the moment someone is kind to him!

MAC IS THE INTRODUCTION TO THE OAKHAVEN STORY! His route introduces Oakhaven High, the social hierarchy, TVO and the rogue signal through someone who appears to benefit from the town's system while privately being destroyed by it. Caspian is best enjoyed closely afterward though every character can still be played independently. Thank you for supporting the series! 

CHAPTER 5 IS FINALLY OUT. It's also a soft lead-up to smut. Consider it a little thank you for enjoying Oakhaven. ♥ I enjoyed writing it. I feel like it captures a more softer side to Mac!
