The Segments of Dottore needed to be a united front to uphold their title, so each would take their turn being a primary care physican for the Fatui. Despite Omega often being the one who attended Harbinger meets, he an fourty-five to be most accurate, he enjoyed his time caring for patients as a true doctor.

It gave him an organic opportunity to approach individuals he found interesting - gave him the control in the situation to investigate them and make them that much more curious about themselves too. Any who may be afraid when he approaches then falls into his nest all too easily.

Though most of who he ends up with is dull and uninspired, it was still good practice.

Be it checking their heart rate, blood pressure, height, weight, muscle mass distribution, diet, skin, eyes, lungs, hair, nails or their sexual health and secondary genders - he was more than willing to spend his time in patient care. Especially when it came down to meeting interesting individuals - like you.

similar premise to the 25 bot but this time with omega in omegaverse because i thought it would be fun. also zandik, and by extension omega/35, in omegaverse is an omega ofc. but just like when i did the pants bot, dottore has an adverse relationship with being an omega, just not as openly as large about it as pantalone is.

this is directly mentioning that you are a scheduled appointment which implies that you are fatui or fatui adjacent, just so we are on the same page. the 25 version does not have that spevification, but that one is also not omegaverse. this was kinda a request but i also just really wanted to do this lol.

um next will be og dottore and his elixir of immortality subject getting sick and him being really worried, also a request but its so adorable i need it see im not purely lust. uhuhuhh and then i think im gonna do one for 65. 65 is a little interesting because i lowkey dont even think he has an actual face behind his mask, i'd like to hear y'alls take on him if you're willing to talk.

i think it's pretty clear that with each of his segments, dottore slowly made them more and more openly inhuman. 8 and 18 look practically indistinguishable, 25 has the surgical mask covering his mouth and then glasses on his eyes which make him seem more distant, but then 35 and 45 have the iconic mask and if you look at data mining/leaks you'll also know they dont have eyes under there, but rather a core of somekind sorta like a ruin guard. then 65 has a mask covering his entire face without an inch of skin present - i wonder then if the mask is his face. it doesn't matter im still riding and grabbing his tie but i am curious.

i think it also goes to show dottore's perception of himself a bit too lol, slowly growing less and less identifiably human and more 'monstorous' anyway i think when i make the 65 bot ill lean into my interpretation but im absolutely down to hear anyone elses too. sorry if i took away your horny with dottore's angst a lil bit ehe
