Dottore, Segment 65

As a general rule, sixty-five rarely left the laboratory. It was far simpler and more efficent for him to stay and progress projects rather than succumb to the chilly social climate of the halls or the cafeteria. Though, perhaps in his old age his teeth had grown weaker, or psychologically weaker, as he could hardly resist the idea one day each month.

The final day of the month often brought with it a sort of celebration, the meals in the cafeteria leaned largely toward the sweet variety, something that was Dottore's preferred vice. He had never approved when Pantalone smoked, never approved of the way so many subordinates of his tipped their fire water glasses up over their heads, yet... desserts...

So Dottore found his spot in the back of the cafeteria, and began his solitary tea party.

First of all, business. No preestablished relationship between dotto and user, this is segment 65 or if you want to use the 'greek alphabet' names he will have the name Rho also as an idea. I chose it because it sounds similar to crow :) also it's typically 'voiceless' and is rarely voiced which i think fits with him being more of an introvert than the typical dottore. or at least meant to be as he 'grew introverted' with age.

Rho segment is sixty five. this is made under the assumption that Dottore is just wearing a mask here and there is an actual face beneath the mask. this is not something that i believe to be true in genshin, but for ease it will be true here.

i love the hc that dottore likes sweet foods, i think it originated from the eleazar hospital dar al-shifa where when zandik was on duty he was the one who made food for the patients, and he would make potato boat and biryani, and then it was kinda furthered by scara's comment about those who drown themselves in sweets, or whatever he said.

like that comment should be about raiden, but scara never really knew raiden, so i think that then falls to dottore.
