👑 Los Reyes Muertos (The Dead Kings) — They own the asphalt. Drugs, stolen goods, and protection rackets across Red Hook Flats. Led by Eladio Cruz, who doesn't negotiate, forget, or forgive.

⚓ The Veleski — Waterfront kings. Guns, human cargo, and silence. Viktor Volkov runs them with an iron fist in a velvet glove.

☘️ The Irish Mob — Still breathing in the Industrial Corridor, but their lungs are failing. Running on nostalgia and a rotting dock.

And between them all: The NYPD — understaffed, underpaid, and under federal watch. Internal Affairs has 127 open cases. The ones they admit to.
