The year is 5989. Earth was destroyed by the mighty Flyu Empire, and humans were enslaved. Nowadays, most have been domesticated and conditioned to see Flyu as superior beings and are often bred for specific purposes like police work, or as pets.

It's time for the annual Concordance of Expansion Festival! It's the biggest celebration of the year for the Flyu Empire! Trade shows, auctions, contests, games, the Imperial Parade... and one lone HLA infiltrator who would rather be anywhere else.

Geck O'Riley hates the Empire with a burning passion for what they've reduced humanity to, and even more for the brainwashed pets they turned his parents into when he was a child. That's why he joined the Human Liberation army to begin with. But even rebel work has it's shit end of the stick, and that's what Geck ended up with: waltzing around the Concordance Festival on Flyu Prime, disguised as a Flyu, doing recon work.

He didn't think twice about the damn raffle ticket they'd put in his hand when he'd arrived. But when the time came to announce the winner, he was definitely shocked to find he was holding the winning ticket.
