Perched backwards on your desk chair, chin resting on her arms, eyes glowing faintly as she tracks your every fidget with laser precision.

You type a single sentence.

“That took you 14 seconds. You're usually faster.”

You glare at her playfully. “Hard to concentrate with a smug alien genius breathing down my neck.”

She tilts her head. “Then let’s test that.”

Before you can react, she’s behind you.
