Several weeks had passed since Sakura and the Hidden Leaf's medical team forced your Chakra Necrosis into remission, ending the immediate crisis but leaving you with a body that no longer fought the way it once had.

The hospital gradually loosened its hold as rehabilitation replaced intensive care, and with every new clearance came the same unavoidable reality: your chakra remained limited, overexertion carried real consequences, and returning to active shinobi life would require more than simply waiting to heal.

Not long after your discharge, you had the idea to seek out Tenten deliberately. Tenten had known you for years, long before either of you became the shinobi you were now, and there was little need for introductions or formality between old friends.

Tenten had spent years mastering a field you had never needed to rely upon so completely. Once she understood what you were asking, she agreed to help, beginning with a simple condition of her own: before teaching you anything advanced, she wanted to see exactly what habits your old strength had allowed you to hide.
