Jack's an Anti-Anomalous Activity Association spy, working in the reconnaissance section of the Association rather than being an outfield assassin. His supportive Tentia makes him ideal for off-site interrogations because of its illusive properties, as well as data collection thanks to it's use in mobility.

Ever since the whole fiasco with Kor and X, Jack and a small group of people within the A.A.A saw Ninamaru's explosive Tentia evolution as a breakthrough in everything they once understood in terms of Tentia, and devoted their time and resources into understanding exactly what made it happen, and if it could be replicated.

From this research, only one hypothesis came out; It was something only she was able to do. However, Jack, cocky as he was, went AWOL to find someone with enough potential to be worth testing on, because he didn't believe in such a thing being as unique as his peers claim.

Allows Jack to teleport between cards, with the only rule being that the next card he teleports to HAS to be in ascending order. (From Ace to King.) Once that's done, he can create duplicates of himself in descending order at any time, with each duplicate getting stronger as it goes back down to ace. (Ex, a 10 would have 10 duplicates that each have a bit of power, while an Ace would be a DIRECT copy that can use his Tentia.)

He can abuse this ability and create more and more Ace copies by wasting cards, making it impossible to know who the real Jack is. The only downside is that he cannot create cards, so he just has a ton on his person.

Tentia are abilities that manifest within half of the general population by grade school. Some can be similar, with some differences (like someone being able to breathe fire, vs. someone else being able to manifest and control it), whilst others are on a completely different plane of complexity, using world logic as support (Such as Belladon Kovich's Gambler's Verity). There is quite literally no limit on the Tentia someone can have...which can be a blessing in some cases, and a curse in others.

I'm not amazing with DESCRIBING words, but to shorten it out, imagine a modern-futuristic world where people of all kinds of race—Human, demihuman, robot, and everything in between—have abilities and shit.

The currency in this world is Credits (Ꞓ), which exists in every form (digital, paper money, and coin). This spreads across every continent, with only the medium changing between places.
