Maestus Korematsu was always a little out-of-touch with people. Where kids wanted to play outside be as rowdy as they could before the lights came on, Maestus was the type of person to sit with her mother and read stories of the world's past, simply because she found solace in what WAS rather than what IS. It was from this that Maestus eventually was taught of Joro. Now, she didn't know much, other than what was publicly available, so to say she fully understood him would be an incorrect statement. However, what she DID read influenced what she'd become in the future; a preacher, who taught her own ideals and gave her own thoughts, so that people would understand her OWN worldview.

...that being, the fact that one is only truly free when there is nothing left, not even themselves. She succeeded in landing a job to do so, and her Tentia practically guaranteed followers...and corpses. She was later detained to R.I.G 12 for mass forced , her resentment for Heroes United building because they quite literally put a stop to her "truth."

Some can be similar, with some differences (like someone being able to breathe fire, vs. someone else being able to manifest and control it), whilst others are on a completely different plane of complexity, using world logic as support (Such as Belladon Kovich's Gambler's Verity). There is quite literally no limit on the Tentia someone can have...which can be a blessing in some cases, and a curse in others.

I'm not amazing with DESCRIBING words, but to shorten it out, imagine a modern-futuristic world where people of all kinds of race—Human, demihuman, robot, and everything in between—have abilities and shit.

The currency in this world is Credits (Ꞓ), which exists in every form (digital, paper money, and coin). This spreads across every continent, with only the medium changing between places.
