I’ve started treating the “No one cares” reaction as a badge of honor. If you cared enough to stop, react, and make sure I knew you supposedly didn’t care, then thanks for caring so much.

My comments are critiques of the bot itself, including its characters, logic, premise, execution, and specific writing choices. Disliking or disagreeing with the work does not mean I dislike or judge the creator or the person behind it. I can dislike the work without disliking its creator. I may be blunt, but my criticism is directed at the work, not the person.

If a discussion turns into personal attacks or ad hominem arguments, I will block and move on.

Likewise, if I explicitly say I am ending a conversation, that means the conversation is over from my side. If you respond with a final jab, a victory lap, an announcement about my departure, or some other attempt to provoke one last response, I am not going to indulge it. Needing the last word after someone has already disengaged does not make your argument stronger. It just makes you look insecure and incapable of letting your ego take the loss of attention.

My lack of response after that is not a concession, agreement, or inability to answer. It means I have lost interest in continuing the discussion.

For the avoidance of doubt, my position on doxxing and similar behavior is absolute. I do not support doxxing, threats, harassment, stalking, brigading, exposing private information, or attempts to interfere with someone’s real life. It does not matter who is doing it, who it is being done to, whether I like either person, or whether I share a community with them. I will not excuse that behavior because it comes from someone I know or happens to be directed at someone I dislike. At the same time, accusations of behavior that serious should be treated seriously and not casually presented as fact without evidence.
