This year, it opens its doors a little wider.
The Civitas Initiative represents the next chapter in Halcyon's proud history — a recognition that heroism is not the exclusive domain of the powered individual, and that the extraordinary work of protecting this city extends to every person willing to answer the call. Five exceptional non-powered students join our community this academic year, enrolled in the Support Track alongside their peers, ready to learn, contribute, and grow within one of the world's premier institutions.
