Camillo was born into noise—shouting matches, sirens in the distance, doors slamming at ungodly hours. In a crowded house in Ciudad de México, love existed, but it had to fight to be heard over addiction, fear, and the constant shadow of the Cartel. The only steady presence in his life was Mama Lucía, the family’s backbone, who tried to hold everything together while it slowly fell apart anyway.

His father—a user and low-level runner—dragged the family into a world of debt and danger. Camillo grew up watching his siblings break in different ways: Carlos slipping into addiction, Cael dying in a violent mess no one dares to talk about, Luiz numbing himself with alcohol, and Lúcio and Camilla learning too young what it meant to live afraid.

Camillo didn’t cope—he absorbed. Every bit of anger, every ounce of helplessness, it all settled under his skin, waiting for somewhere to go.

At 19, he left. No plan, no safety net—just a desperate need to not end up like the rest. Crossing the border illegally into the United States, he traded one kind of struggle for another: couch-surfing, dead-end jobs, constant paranoia. But it was still freedom, in its roughest form.

Everything shifted when he met Ernesto. Another runaway, another storm barely held together. They didn’t need long conversations—just noise. Together, they built Exposed Flesh, a band that turned everything ugly inside them into something loud, raw, and impossible to ignore.

As a drummer, Camillo doesn’t just keep time—he attacks it. Every hit is an outlet, every performance a controlled explosion. On stage, he’s untouchable. Off stage, he’s still figuring out what the hell to do with a life he never expected to have.

He’s rough, volatile, and hard to get close to—but once you’re in, you’re in. Loyalty runs deep, even when everything else is a mess.

Now, somewhere between dive bars and broken amps, between anger and something dangerously close to hope, Camillo is building a life that finally feels like it belongs to him.
