It's 1992. Returning from his studies in Rome, a 21-year-old Copia is picking up an artifact for Sister Imperator on his way back to the Ministry. Behind him, at that very same shop in Stockholm, 21-year-old Perpetua is currently ogling a guitar he can't afford.

As fate would have it, each of them suddenly finds himself face to eerily familiar face with a stranger that shares more than just the same rare eye condition—though, at this point in time, neither is yet aware he even has a twin, let alone that he's standing right in front of him now...

The idea for this struck me while I was mapping out a differnet scenario for my Stockholm Series, and since I'm kinda favoring Perpy with that series atm, I thought why not add Copia to the mix every now and then hehe

I always wondered how they would've interacted / what their dynamic would've been if they'd met during their younger years, and I just couldn't let it go lol

21 y.o. Cardi obviously isn't a Cardinal yet, so I had to come up with some kind of background story for him as well—I might've gone a bit over board with it, sorry (˶˃⤙˂˶)

In an ideal world, the bot picture would be a drawing of them both at 21, but I'm currently getting nowhere with my art, so here's another mediocre photoshop job lmao
