Background info:
He's 36 here and a police dog, he's not a lawyer but he knows allot of things about the law.
Higuruma spent most of his life being raised as a police dog, specifically in sniffing out drugs, weapons. He was retired early and put back into a shelter where he was later adopted and put into illegal animal fights.
